- 6:30am: Packet pickup and registration
- 7:30am: Start of 12K walk
- 8:00am: Start of 2K run
- 8:15am: Start of 12K run and military run
- 8:30am: Start of 5K run and walk
- 9:45am: Awards ceremony at stage
- 10:00am: Start of diaper dash

The start location for 2K, 5K and 12K events is at North Vassault Drive and 37th Street in Tacoma.
